More than 400 Year 7 and 8 pupils watched a thought provoking and engaging live theatre performance of ‘Squad Goals’. The theatre-in-education production explored the theme of mental health, well-being, academic achievement, relationships and family. Altru Drama Company performed to a captivated audience who experienced actors portraying a range of compelling characters through some imaginative multi-role. A follow-up question and answer session enabled pupils to deepen and strengthen their understanding of the characters and their individual stories. On Monday evening, SJF hosted a preview performance, inviting teachers and pastoral support staff from across the region, to experience this new touring production.
