Today, Years 10 and 11 were given a talk in relation to drug and alcohol abuse. The purpose was to inform pupils of the dangers they may face over the Christmas period. Our message was ‘Be safe, look after each other.'

The canteen staff have plenty of festive spirit and today Mrs McKinstry and her team served Christmas lunch. Canteen elves, Mrs Bentley and Mrs Harrison, and pupils in Nurture enjoyed their Christmas lunch with staff. Mrs Heyes from Nurture said: "We’ve had a great time and we are feeling very festive."
Our super star student Lexie has been selected to represent Great Britain at gymnastics. Year 8 Lexie is a member of The Wire, a gymnastic club at Birchwood, Warrington.
